I try to be eclectic in my practice; I believe that different clients have different needs therefore I tried to incorporate different modalities to meet my clients’ needs.
Psychotherapy can help you overcome challenges and heal different types of wounds, both old and new. I will incorporate different models and approaches to best fit your personal needs. We will work together to uncover your hidden strengths, to overcome your obstacles, and to find your unlimited potential. I will help you gain insight to your current and past relationships to help you change repeating patterns and behaviors. I am committed to establishing a safe environment to explore ways to shift and create change and take charge of your life. Healing the past will allow you to move forward.
I successfully worked with a wide range of clients. being bilingual in both English and Hebrew has allowed me to work with both English speakers and Hebrew speakers in my practice. I also have a lot of experience working in the area of trauma and trauma related recovery. Hoping clients discover their own resiliency has been a crucial component in my practice.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Is a therapeutic technique specific to the treatment of trauma and PTSD in which clients recall their traumatic experiences while their therapist directs their sensory attention elsewhere.
Emotionally- Focused Therapy (couples): In this form of psychotherapy designed for couples, attachment theory is applied to help clients form emotionally safe bonds with their partners by assessing each partner’s emotional experiences from childhood and patterns carried into adulthood.
Somatic Experiencing: By emphasizing a client’s body and sensory experiences, clinicians guide clients to release and process trauma stored within the body and overcome symptoms from PTSD.
Eclectic talk therapy: Therapists that use eclectic therapy create tailored treatment plans specific to the unique needs of each one of their clients. They incorporate a wide range of modalities and treatment approaches and apply them in accordance with the specific challenges and presentations of their clients.
