Ian Hoge, LMFT

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

As a fellow human being who has grown and healed through my own challenges, I approach therapy on an equal playing field and have the training and experience to help you do the same. I feel our greatest teacher is within and it is my job to help you learn to trust in yourself.

I am a Psychotherapist, Meditation teacher and certified Yoga Instructor. My therapeutic approach incorporates my specialized training in Brainspotting Trauma therapy, mindfulness practices and yoga movement for adults, kids and adolescents. As a Marriage and Family therapist, I emphasize the importance of working with the family system as a whole to address mental health challenges. In my practice I strive to help people connect deeper with themselves so they have access to their full intelligence, not just in their mind, but also their body and spirit.

I work with adults, kids and families. I specialize in Brainspotting Trauma Therapy for anxiety, trauma, and phobias. I am also a trained Meditation Teacher and certified Yoga Instructor, and if appropriate, incorporate these modalities into my sessions. It takes courage to reach out for help and often requires a certain amount of vulnerability. I acknowledge you for that and look forward to helping you reach your goals.
